Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The buyer is responsible for payment and arranging return shipping. Please contact us prior to initiating a return by sending an e-mail to info@biekverstappen.com. The buyer remains responsible for the item until it arrives back with us.

The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Note: on B2B returns we are charge a small amount for administration costs.
